Emily is a Debt Recovery Paralegal at Silverback Law, supporting the Debt Recovery Team with a range of administrative and case related duties. Her role involves assisting with case preparation, managing files, drafting correspondence, and supporting matters through both pre-litigation and litigation stages.  Her focus is on providing strategic advice to ensure the timely and cost-effective recovery of overdue sums for clients.

Emily is organised and detail focused, with the ability to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment. She works closely with colleagues to support effective case progression and maintain high standards of client service.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her family, particularly going on walks during the warmer months. She is a fan of country music and enjoys listening to true crime podcasts.
