Scott plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of Silverback Law, providing seamless support across all teams. He manages a variety of clerical and organisational tasks and is instrumental in coordinating office projects, including refurbishments, charity initiatives, and social events such as the annual Christmas party.

Scott holds a law degree and brings experience from the pensions administration sector. He also dedicates time to volunteering with Cancer Research, reflecting his commitment to giving back to the community.

Outside of work, he is passionate about musical theatre and enjoys attending performances whenever possible. A dedicated sports fan, Scott supports Birmingham City and also loves watching cricket at Edgbaston.
