Daniel is a Debt Recovery Paralegal, providing legal administration and case support to the Debt Recovery Team. His responsibilities focus on the early stages of case handling, including accurately opening new matters, organising and maintaining client files, and ensuring compliance with due diligence and regulatory standards. He also prepares and issues Letters Before Action in line with service level agreements, and supports the application of debtor payments to the appropriate files.

Daniel recently completed his Bachelor of Laws with Honours at Coventry University, where he developed a strong academic foundation across key areas such as Employment Law, Company Law, Contract Law, and Intellectual Property. His dissertation examined the effectiveness of the Employment Rights Act in addressing issues surrounding fire-and-rehire practices, illustrating his interest in the real-world impact of employment legislation.

Known for his self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong time-management skills, Daniel consistently contributes to smooth case progression and high-quality client service.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys fitness training, football, and exploring new technology and computer systems.
