Aaron is a Debt Recovery Paralegal at Silverback, providing legal administration and case support to the Debt Recovery Team. His role includes accurately opening new matters, organising and maintaining client files, ensuring compliance with due diligence requirements, and preparing and issuing Letters Before Action. He also supports the application of debtor payments and provides administrative assistance to the wider team to meet operational priorities.

Aaron completed his Law LLB at Swansea University and gained practical experience through a placement with Redditch and Bromsgrove District Council, supporting health and safety prosecution work, evidence review, and trial preparation.

Aaron has also been involved in Swansea University’s Street Law programme, delivering community-focused legal education, supporting international student collaboration, and assisting university legal clinics that provided free legal advice. His work on the Swansea Law Student Council further demonstrates his leadership and commitment to legal education, where he helped coordinate academic workshops, professional networking events, and student engagement initiatives.

Alongside his legal experience, Aaron has a strong background in customer-facing roles, including hospitality and instruction, which has strengthened his communication skills, professionalism, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. His varied experience enables him to build rapport, handle enquiries effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities with confidence.

Outside of work, Aaron is a keen musician and music producer, enjoys film and creative writing, and has a strong interest in history and the arts. He is also enthusiastic about sports, particularly Formula One, football, tennis, and badminton.
