In her role as Debt Recovery Paralegal at Silverback, Vanessa brings strong practical experience in progressing debt matters from pre-legal stages through to litigation and enforcement. She holds an LLB from Manchester Metropolitan University and is also studying for her SQE qualifications.

Confident in debtor engagement, Vanessa regularly communicates with debtors to explain liabilities, outline the consequences of non-payment and negotiate structured repayment arrangements in line with client instructions. She is detail-oriented and highly organised, balancing court deadlines and client requirements within a fast-paced environment.

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys competitive volleyball, volunteering and creative pursuits including pottery and jewellery making
