Qualified in 1994, Brian has over 28 years’ experience in General Civil and Commercial litigation. He is also an experienced practitioner in family matters.

Brian worked for 15 years for niche developer firm Wood Glaister (now part of Shakespeare Martineau) with the next 7 years in general practice with Cox & Hodgetts based in Evesham.

He has been involved in Mortgage fraud work and professional negligence claims for and number of high street lenders, recovering several million pounds for the client

Brian has acted for nationwide land acquisition company and several other developer clients.

He is currently dealing in a series of related matters involving the dissolution of several partnerships and winding up of 8 related companies for a client with net assets of £50 million.

Brian plays golf and is a keen cyclist. He is also an avid supporter of Aston Villa F.C, through thick and thin!
