Carmen serves as a Paralegal in Silverback Law’s Commercial Litigation Department, where she expertly manages small claims from the defended stage through to enforcement, and supports fast and multi-track cases, drawing from extensive experience in commercial litigation. She is committed to providing clients with commercially focused guidance to secure the most favourable outcomes.

Originally from London, Carmen holds an LPC LLM and moved to Liverpool over five years ago. She aims to qualify as a solicitor and deepen her expertise in commercial litigation.

Outside of her professional role, Carmen enjoys baking and cooking, and has recently taken up running. In March 2023, she completed the Liverpool Half Marathon in support of Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, with plans to run again this year and set a new personal best
