Eve Ryan is a Trainee Solicitor at Silverback Law, with over two years of experience, having progressed from junior paralegal to Client Manager in the debt team, before transitioning into insolvency. Currently completing her training contract, Eve is an ambitious law graduate and emerging talent in commercial law.

Eve has developed expertise in client management, negotiating, advocacy, and document drafting, while also balancing her work in insolvency with a keen eye for detail.

As part of her training contract, Eve drafts a range of insolvency and litigation documents including petitions, witness statements, and applications. She also manages client relationships, negotiates payments and settlements, and conducts legal research efficiently and effectively.

Eve is an active member of the firm’s environmental committee, organising events to promote sustainability, and also serves as Charity Secretary for the Worcester Junior Lawyers Division, coordinating engaging networking events and raising money for charity.

She holds a Bachelor’s with Honours in Law with Forensic Psychology, a Master’s in Law and Business, and the LPC. Eve also holds CPD certificates in Advocacy and Communication Skills, Financial & Business Skills, and is currently completing her certificate in Client Care and Professional Skills.

Outside of work, Eve enjoys films, especially Marvel and Harry Potter, reading suspense, thrillers, and murder mysteries, spending time with her dog Doug the Pug, and exploring new restaurants and cuisines.
