As a Collections Paralegal, Janet is responsible for ensuring timely debtor payments during the pre-legal stage. Her role involves contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, and securing the best possible outcomes for clients.

With over 10 years of experience in finance, including more than five years specialising in credit control, Janet brings a strong commercial mindset and a proactive approach to improving processes for greater efficiency. Having spent a decade working in the Middle East, she has gained valuable international experience while embracing a dynamic cultural journey.

Outside of work, Janet enjoys long country walks with her dog, exploring new interior design ideas, and hosting family and friends.
