As one of the Directors at Silverback Law, Matt leads the Finance and HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation and financial efficiency of the business. With a career in finance that began in 2010, Matt has gained extensive experience working with multiple law firms. Since 2021, Matt has also taken on comprehensive responsibilities in human resources, integrating financial and HR strategies to support the firm’s overall goals.

Matt holds a Level 4 qualification from the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and a Level 5 qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in HR. Additionally, he is a certified Mental Health First Aider, having completed the Level 3 qualification, underscoring his commitment to fostering a supportive work environment.

In his personal time, they enjoy a variety of sports, including football, tennis, boxing, and UFC, as well as swimming and badminton. An avid traveller, he relishes the opportunity to explore new cities and engage in hiking adventures.
