With over five years of experience in the legal field, Molly is a skilled Paralegal and Client Manager on our Debt Recovery team. Starting her career in law at just 17, Molly now manages a substantial caseload spanning commercial, individual, and rental debts, applying her expertise to achieve efficient and effective outcomes for clients.

Molly is responsible for managing over 1,000 files, delivering specific, individualised advice for each matter. She specialises in resolving pre-legal disputes and negotiating payment plans to expedite the debt recovery process. Known for her adaptable and client-focused approach, Molly provides tailored support that meets the unique needs of each case, ensuring that clients remain fully informed through regular updates, reports, and scheduled meetings. She also works proactively with clients to develop early-stage solutions that help reduce debt burdens wherever possible.

Outside her primary role, Molly is committed to giving back to the community by offering pro bono services, including contract review, debt recovery advice, and guidance on rental lease matters.

Molly holds a CiLEX Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice and is deeply committed to ongoing professional growth. She frequently attends seminars, networking events, and training sessions to continually enhance her skills and stay current in the field. Molly is also the Events Secretary for the Worcestershire Junior Lawyers Division.

Away from work, Molly is a passionate musician. She is a singer, guitarist, and songwriter, performing live at venues across Warwickshire and recording original songs for platforms like Spotify.
