Mubashra Tariq is a skilled Paralegal within the Commercial Litigation Team, with a strong background in litigation and extensive experience in dispute resolution. She manages a diverse caseload of small claims matters from the defended stage through to trial and supports fast-track and multi-track matters.

Originally from Oxford, Mubashra began her legal career in Birmingham as a paralegal at the national law firm Irwin Mitchell LLP before going on to work as a Financial Litigation Executive in London. These roles allowed her to build a solid foundation in handling complex, high-value disputes within dynamic legal settings.

She completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) alongside a Master’s in Blockchain Technology and Corporate Governance at the University of Law, London Moorgate – demonstrating her interest in the evolving relationship between law and emerging technologies.

Mubashra is also an active member of her firm’s Equality and Diversity Committee, playing a key role in fostering a more inclusive and supportive workplace.

Beyond her legal career, she holds a CELTA qualification and has combined her passion for teaching and travel, including a memorable teaching experience in Casablanca. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, running, and has been training in Muay Thai since university.
