Rachael is the Head of Commercial Litigation at Silverback Law and a Chartered Legal Executive with 14 years of civil litigation experience. She has worked with some of the UK’s largest commercial and insurer clients, handling a diverse range of disputes, including debt recovery, counter fraud, property damage, personal injury, and public and employer liability.

As Head of Commercial Litigation, Rachael is committed to maintaining the firm’s high standards while expanding its expertise and services. She is passionate about supporting her team’s professional growth, guiding them through their legal careers, and ensuring clients receive the best possible outcomes. With a focus on refining processes and developing the department, she aims to broaden the team’s capabilities and service offerings.

Beyond her legal career, Rachael is dedicated to animal welfare and is a member of A-Law – UK Centre for Animal Law, advocating for stronger legal protections for animals.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, staying active at the gym, and indulging in her love of great food.
