Simon is a highly experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor at Silverback Law, bringing over a decade of litigation experience across commercial disputes, insurance litigation and complex civil claims. He completed his Law degree at the University of the West of England before qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2017 and as a Solicitor in 2022, demonstrating his commitment to continuous professional development and progression within the legal profession.

Throughout his career, Simon has developed extensive expertise in managing a broad range of commercial litigation matters. He advises clients on contractual disputes, commercial agreements, debt recovery, settlement negotiations and court proceedings, combining strong technical knowledge with a practical, commercially focused approach. He is experienced in preparing and reviewing legal documentation, negotiating complex financial disputes and identifying effective, cost-efficient solutions to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
