A qualified Chartered Legal Executive with over 23 years of experience in litigation, Julie is Silverback Law’s Chief Commercial Officer, specialising in Debt Recovery and Insolvency. Since joining Silverback in 2017 as an Associate Director, Julie has been instrumental in building strong client relationships and expanding business opportunities, leading to her promotion to Board Director and ultimately to Chief Commercial Officer.

In her current role, Julie leads the development of effective commercial strategies, oversees daily operations, manages financial planning and budgeting, and works alongside other Directors to ensure the company’s strategic objectives are met. Her focus on client relationships, business growth, and revenue enhancement has been pivotal to Silverback’s success.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, attending Sunderland games with her son, and indulging in detective novels and good food, especially when she’s not the one cooking. She also loves planning holidays to unwind and make lasting memories with her family.
