As a skilled Paralegal and Client Manager within the Debt Recovery Team, Tom is dedicated to providing expert guidance and responsive support to clients throughout the debt recovery process. Managing an independent caseload, Tom serves as the primary point of contact for each client, delivering personalised advice and handling day-to-day interactions. In addition, he plays a key role in supporting team development by training new starters while continuously advancing his own legal knowledge and skills.

With strong experience in negotiations, preparation of court documentation, and advisory services across commercial recoveries and disputes, Tom brings a comprehensive and client-focused approach to each case. Tom’s background includes prior work as a Legal Assistant in a conveyancing firm, where he built a solid foundation in legal processes.

Academically, Tom holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in History from the University of Birmingham, complemented by hands-on legal work experience. Ambitious and driven, he aims to qualify as a solicitor through the SQE route and further their career within the legal sector.

Outside of the office, Tom is a keen footballer, playing in all weathers. He also enjoys staying active training at the gym, playing badminton, and running. Tom is a self-taught guitarist and a music enthusiast who attends as many live gigs as possible.
