Victoria joined Silverback Law in 2022 as the firm’s first work-based placement student from the University of Worcester. Following the successful completion of her placement, she was offered a role as a Junior Paralegal in May 2023. Initially providing administrative support to the fee earners in the Commercial Litigation Team, she quickly developed her skills and, in April 2024, progressed to a fee earner role. While continuing her studies towards the LPC, she now manages her own caseload on a part-time basis while also supporting her colleagues. In April 2025 Victoria was promoted to Paralegal.

As part of the Commercial Litigation Team, Victoria’s core responsibilities include providing practical advice to clients and efficiently progressing their files. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality legal support and developing her expertise in litigation.

Victoria obtained her LLB with Honours in Law from the University of Worcester after completing her A Levels in Bromsgrove. She is currently furthering her legal studies by working towards her LPC at the University of Law.

Outside of work, Victoria volunteers with the Blue Cross, offering support to grieving pet owners after pet loss.
