Since joining the firm in 2019, Zahida has embraced every challenge with enthusiasm, quickly becoming a key player within our Commercial Litigation Team. Balancing her own fast-track caseload while supporting senior lawyers on high-value, complex matters, Zahida brings a unique blend of professionalism and warmth that resonates with clients and colleagues alike.

Zahida’s approach to law is enriched by a successful 17-year career in retail, where she developed a customer-focused, solution-oriented perspective. She holds a 2:1 Honours degree from the University of Warwick and completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP Birmingham, earning a Distinction. In making the bold transition to law, Zahida joined the Solicitors Regulation Authority as a Customer Service Advisor and dedicated time to volunteering at Citizens Advice, specialising in Universal Credit, a role that deepened her understanding of community-centred service.

She was recently shortlisted as a finalist for Trainee Solicitor of the Year by the Worcester Law Society, an honour she described as “incredible recognition” on her journey to qualification, a journey she fondly calls her “scenic route.”

Outside of the office, Zahida channels her creativity into baking and designing novelty cakes and maintains her energy through walking, running, and Pilates.
