With over six years of experience in debt recovery, Zoe expertly manages every aspect of the process, from crafting tailored correspondence and court documents to negotiating with debtors and advising clients on optimal strategies. Her passion for law was evident early on, achieving an A* in the subject at A Level, completing her CILEX qualifications and qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Zoe enjoys traveling to warm destinations and is a martial arts enthusiast, proudly holding a black belt in karate, earning her the title of our “black belt from the Black Country.”
